the art of letting go

Today marks a profound, though bittersweet, milestone for all of
us...
...as we bear witness to both an end and a beginning.

And while we must continue on, we must also be grateful to have
been blessed with someone who has so ably guided us to where we
are today.
When there has been so much love and happiness for someone, it
is natural to be reluctant to close such a wonderful chapter in our
lives; for moving forward is rarely accomplished without
considerable grief and sadness.
And while our sorrow may be profound, the clouds will clear and
the sun will shine on us again. And in that warm, bright light,
we will find ourselves facing a glorious future. A future of
exciting challenges and infinite possibility, in which the horizon
will stretch out before us, rimmed in the heavenly glow of the
sunrise of our tomorrow.

this was the speech of Prince Edvard in the movie, "the prince & me", which i watched again yesterday. it's ironic how i was really drawn to the words and made a mental not to download this speech, only to find out that my grandfather would pass away the following morning... i am sure he's in heaven now.

ei kat, sakto sa akin itong bago mong pinost. I wish I have the courage to let go, and move on... anyways, sabi nga ni Shakespeare, "parting is a sweet surrender" (lalo na kapag para kay God), haaay... paano ba ako magmomove-on kung lagi ko kayong nami-miss... hehe, miss na kita kat, hindi pa tapos yung 1 to 1s natin... hehe, medyo mahirap ang walang cell, pero mas naaapreciate ko yung mga tao at yung time na kasama ko sila... Godbless! keep on writing! You inspire and strenghtens people like me...
